  • Laura is the founder and owner of Lawrence Hill Design. She is a highly accomplished Fashion Professional with an impressive 19-year track record in Design, Technical Design, and Production. She possesses a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of garment construction and production processes. Laura is a motivated leader with a primary focus on nurturing and growing both her teams, and the brands she passionately works for.

  • Molly is the Project Manager, and head of Merchandising for Lawrence Hill Design. With 10+ years of experience in the industry, Molly has managed merchandising teams in many different environments, ranging from brands large to small. With a thorough understanding of the industry, Molly has acquired a keen sense of financial prudence and practicality- whether it is the garment itself, or planning for an upcoming season.

  • Skyler is the Project Coordinator for Lawrence Hill Design, specializing in digital marketing, e-commerce, and wholesale needs. Adept at evaluating digital presences, her focus is to ensure that a brand is presented in a compelling, thoughtful, and aspirational manner, while keeping the brand's core values at the forefront of her work. She has experience in various realms of the digital world, ranging from social media and marketing, to website building, and overall aesthetic.
